Our premix risotto’s are all handmade, in small batches, on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, from real Italian Arborio Rice, natural stock and freeze dried & dehydrated vegetables and herbs.
Delicious on their own, with goats cheese or crumbed feta, or served with a protein (such as chicken or fish) to create a larger meal. – Either way, we know you will be back for more!
