  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic & vegetables and stir fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the chilli jam and wok toss sauce. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the skillet and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until the noodles are well coated with the sauce and heated through.
  6. Transfer the spicy stir-fried noodles to serving plates or bowls. Garnish with sesame seeds for added texture and flavour.
