These spicy stir-fried ramen noodles are bursting with the flavours of chili jam, soy sauce, and ginger.

- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic & vegetables and stir fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the chilli jam and wok toss sauce. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the skillet and stir to coat evenly.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until the noodles are well coated with the sauce and heated through.
- Transfer the spicy stir-fried noodles to serving plates or bowls. Garnish with sesame seeds for added texture and flavour.
