Ingredients:

    1kg rack of pork ribs

    1 cup honey-wattle smoked BBQ sauce

    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

    2 tbsp jaggery or brown sugar

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 tsp smoked paprika

How To Create:

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the ribs.
  • In a separate dish, lightly coat the ribs in half of the marinade an allow to sit for 30 minutes.
  • Place the ribs on the grill.
  • Grill the ribs for 20-25 minutes, turning and brushing with the remaining BBQ sauce mixture every 5 minutes.
  • Once the ribs are cooked, remove them from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
