Originating in the Mediterranean kitchens of Italy and France, Aioli is a rich mayonnaise infused with fresh crushed garlic. This is a delicious mayonnaise to enjoy with seafood or chicken. It is also great as an accompaniment to steamed vegetables, such as asparagus or broccoli. We also can't go past serving it with hot chips.
