Mel’s Mazavaroo is Mel’s homemade chilli paste, of Mauritian origin, that she has been making, forever. It’s a family recipe, fiercely guarded, but regularly requested, by all who have been treated to it. Mazavaroo is a traditional, very hot, chilli paste, that serves as a curry paste or condiment (on just about anything) – Be warned though, it’s not for the feint hearted, but once tried, is highly addictive!

- Ingredients: Chilli, Garlic, Ginger, Lemon, Vinegar, Vegetable oil, spices.
- Storage: Refrigerate after opening. (If it dries out in the bottle, once used, add a touch of olive oil, to keep moist).
