You can marinate chicken, fish or steak, even coat a cauliflower or potatoes and bake. ​Versatile and easy to use as a marinade, in dressings, dips & sauces or as an ingredient in cooking. Stir into sour cream to serve with potato wedges. Add to Cous Cous or any tomato based dish to give it a little lift. Rose Harissa is amazing on roast potatoes, carrots, chicken, fish or pasta. Add to a pizza base or use anytime you would normally use a pesto.

Contains Tomato, Chilli and Rose water. Dollop a spoonful on to your favourite breakfast.

Rose Harissa Pesto is NUT FREE, it is a tomato based pesto blended with capsicum and award winning Rose Harissa as the start ingredient, meaning we it is a vegan, dairy free, nut free pesto, how good is that, an Australian Nut Free Pesto.

Simply stir a couple of teaspoons of Rose Harissa Pesto through a bowl of fresh pasta, it is a quick and easy mid week dinner, why not add some of your favourite vegetables of even a few prawns. Yum!

The new Red Harissa Paste is the spiciest in the Josh & Sue range,  it is 25% hotter than the Rose Harissa, it has a slow burning chilli heat that adds real depth of flavour to any dish.

Marinate Beef, chicken, fish and vegetables. Add to a burger mix, dollop on eggs or avocado toast, mix with yoghurt as a marinade. Use exactly as you would use the Rose Harissa but enjoy a much hotter flavour.

They have added in a second variety of chilli for that slow burn of heat. - 3 chilli rating.

Josh & Sue Preserved Lemon Harissa is amazing with chicken, marinate chicken prior to roasting, flavour up couscous, coat a piece of fish prior to cooking, add to hummus, add to a dressing and serve with Haloumi, add to prawns or calamari, coat slow roasted carrots, coat chickpeas before roasting them or just added them to any tagine or casserole.

Our Josh & Sue Preserved Lemon Harissa has the tang of preserved lemon with a subtle kick of chilli. It is fast becoming a favourite in our house.
