Brookfarm produces three premium-grade oils cold-pressed from choice selected Australian macadamia nuts;Premium Natural, Lemon Myrtle and Lime and Chilli infused premium macadamia oils.The oils are free of any additives or genetic modification.

Australian Macadamia oil is widely regarded as the healthiest edible oil in the world and is higher in monunsaturates, (83%) the goods fats, than extra Virgin Olive oil, important in lowering blood cholesterol. The oil can be cooked at very high temperatures 220C and it doesnbt lose any of its subtle nutty taste and important health characteristics. It also has the most balanced ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 fatty acids of any oils. Macadamia oil contains no trans fatty acids.
All the oils are cholesterol free

They have a 24-month shelf life if kept in a cool place away from sunlight.

    Awarded a Gold Medal in the UK's most prestigious food awards, The Great Taste Awards, organized by the British Guild of Fine Food Retailers. The Gold medal was won in the infused oils category and faced stiff opposition from European infused olive oils. In 2006 this oil won a Bronze medal at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Competition.It is superb oil for salad dressings, mayonnaise, pesto and sauces.
