Ingredients

  • • 1 Dozen Fresh Oysters (half-shell)
  • • 4 tbsp GourmetChef Oyster Kilpatrick Sauce
  • • 3 Strips Streaky Bacon (finely diced)
  • • Fresh Chives & Lemon Wedges
  • • Rock Salt (for baking tray)

Method

  1. Preheat grill to high. Arrange oysters on a baking tray lined with rock salt to keep them level.
  2. Lightly pan-fry diced bacon for 2 mins to render fat, then drain on a paper towel.
  3. Spoon 1/2 tsp of GourmetChef Sauce over each oyster and top with bacon bits.
  4. Grill for 5-8 mins until sauce bubbles and bacon is crispy. Garnish with chives and serve with lemon.
