Pear, Parmesan & Rocket Salad Recipe

2 -3 Pears of your choice (not overripe), cored & thinly sliced
300g rocket leaves
1/4 cup shaved parmesan
1/4 cup Macadamia Oil
2-3 tbspns Toffeed Balsamic & Vanilla Syrup
2 tbspns Hemp & Macadamia Dukkah

Method

Gently toss pears, rocket & paremsan togther in a serving bowl

In a separate bowl lightly whick the macadamia oil & balsamic syrup until combined

Drizzle over salad, sprinkle with dukkah and serve
