Seville oranges make the best marmalade because of their slightly sour taste. We do ours as a ‘thick cut’ or 5mm cut. The oranges are sourced from the Hawkesburry region North West of Sydney. It is a lovely light colour with well balanced acidity and a rich zesty orange flavor. Best with toast and a cup of tea in the morning.

Ingredients: Caster sugar, Seville oranges, lemon juice, pectin

Refrigerate after opening.
