This recipe for pancakes is destined to be a family favourite
- Place the selected pancake mix in a large bowl and make according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add butter and macadamia oil and stir until melted. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and cook for 2 minutes or until bubbles appear.
Flip the pancake and cook for a further 1-2 minutes or until crisp and golden.
- Transfer to a plate and cover loosely with foil to keep warm. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Slightly warm the Citrus Honey with Sea Salt in the microwave for 10-20 seconds and drizzle over pancakes to serve.
