A warm robust paste to enliven soups, casseroles and risottos. Add to marinades, serve a scoop with platters of cold meats, mix with natural yogurt and add a dash of lemon juice for a delicious dip. Make slashes in an easy carve leg of lamb and brush liberally as a marinade.
