Honey Leatherwood 325g

The Leatherwood tree (Eucryphia lucida) is native to Tasmania. This Leatherwood Honey is ochre yellow with a spicy, distinctive taste that is uniquely Tasmanian. This honey retains its flavour when used in cooking – it’s a perfect flavour for pannecotta, delicious accompanying a cheese platter, on hot buttered crumpets, or just by the spoonful!
