The name Callebaut is writen in chocolate and has been for more than 120 years. Callebaut's Chocolate is the end-result of the careful weighing out and mixing of cocoa liquor, cocoa butter and sugar in specific proportions. The proportion of those ingredients, and the addition of others such as lecithin, vanilla or vanillin, determines the taste of the end product. The dark chocolate has a well balanced bitter cocoa flavour with a cocoa level of 53.8%
